Cardio. Everyone's favorite, right? Repeatedly putting one foot in front of the other, over and over and over. Cardio is an incredibly important aspect of one's health and fitness. I'm not necessarily the biggest fan, but I've had to change my tune in regards to Cardio and I wanted to share that experience with you.
